Freeman Williams is a full-service translation agency – from initial enquiry through to delivery of the translations, they take care of everything, offering a smooth, cost-effective and hassle-free service to businesses across the world. Their old website was dated and not driving enough leads for Freeman Williams. Frogspark was appointed to revive the brand, and take their website to a new level.
We were given full creative control of the website, and as an agency that likes to push boundaries – this website was to be no ordinary translation services website. You would probably expect a stiff website, filled with stock imagery of somebody translating and a fairly dull colour scheme. Nope – we went for a bold, bright pink colour scheme, with bold fonts and imagery. The idea here was to ensure Freeman Williams stood out from the crowd when business were crawling through websites finding their new agency. We wanted the WordPress website to leave a lasting impression, and we feel the new website does just that.
We wanted to ensure that there was a clear user journey on the Freeman Williams website. Everything from the wide range of services offered, all the way to backing up their expertise with case studies and testimonials. Having a user journey like this means we’re ticking all the boxes for any new visitors to the website. We’ve also placed call to actions and contact details around the website in relevant places, ensuring they’re always easily accessible with the aim of driving more and more leads directly from the new website.
